This beautiful modern villa is located in Novigrad, which is just 20 minutes drive from Zadar and just 5 minutes away from beautiful beach. This villa is blessed with a sweeping panoramic view and that is one of the things that makes this home so special. It is located on a hill overlooking the town and is surrounded by pine trees that provide complete privacy.
Villa consists of 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen, dining area, terrace and swimming pool (8*2.5m). Interior is furnished in a modern luxurious way. For fun you have billiards and for those active there is a gym. Outside besides the pool you can also enjoy in your private hacienda surrounded by plants and flowers.
If you are a passionate about sports, cultural events, concerts, parties for children or night life, a small fishing town Novigrad guarantees plenty of fun and unforgettable events.

What a joy to stay in this beautiful villa. Photographs and descriptions are accurate, but don't capture the beautiful welcome and how comfortable everything is. The beds were the most comfortable we've experienced. The little town does amazing pizza and the host was always on hand, gave us some great recommendations. Such a beautiful part of Croatia

Wonderful! A perfect villa, no neighbours, with great views over a beautiful bay. Tastfully decorated, really comfortable and excellently managed by Lucija.We debated this - but its quite possibly the best villa we have ever rented.Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation

We (family with teens) had a great holiday here and throughly enjoyed the peace and quiet, the location and the suburb quality of the villa. The host was exceptional and couldn't have been more helpful.
Would throughly recommend this for a brilliant relaxing holiday!

Wij hadden van alles bij ons, maar laat alles thuis. Van wattenstaafjes tot aluminiumfolie, verzin het...het was aanwezig. Wij huren al een aantal jaar via HomeAway vakantiewoningen maar zo’n compleet huis hebben we nog niet eerder gehad. Wel jammer dat er geen weegschaal was, maar tijdens je vakantie moet je je ook niet wegen ! Erg attent dat er een schaal met hartige lekkernijen en een fles wijn voor ons klaar stond.
