About this apartment rental
Cozy ground floor apartment (65 sqm) for 4 persons, modern and child friendly. 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, toilet + washing machine, living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchenette for 4 people with new Siemens stove with ceramic hob and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, blender.
Living room: set of 3 + armchair with footstool and large relaxation lounger in black leather, 101 cm flat screen TV LED, with integrated receiver, DVD recorder, stereo with CD.
Other: cot, high chair, games and books for all ages. 2 large terraces that are to be made from the living room and bedroom. The terraces are equipped with modern garden furniture. Separate storage room provides space for the bikes, Bollerwagen is available for the little ones.

schöne, geräumige Wohnung. Alles in der Wohnung vorhanden. Sehr gute Lage. Kommen gerne wieder.

Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in Küche oder Haushalt benötigt.
Eine Waschmaschine ist schon toll zu haben. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und man kann auch mit Kindern Ball spielen.
Automatische Rolladenöffner sind super, der im Schlafzimmer hatte so seine Macken, muss wohl mal neu justiert werden.
Es ist trotz einiger Kinder in Haus sehr ruhig, die Wände scheinen recht dick zu sein, das ist toll!!
Nun zum Potential der Wohnung:
Abzüge müssen wir aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit geben. In den Staub auf der Dunstabzugshaube kann man Buchstaben malen, weiter oben sprechen wir lieber nicht drüber. Spinnweben in fast allen Ecken oben und unten.
Die Terrasse, die Wände, der Boden die Stühle und Tische könnten eine ordentliche Grundreinigung vertragen.
Der Teppich ist voll mit großen und kleinen Flecken, teilweise krustig. Barfuß bin ich nicht gelaufen.
Lampen gingen über die Hälfte nicht zeitweise sind weitere während unseres Aufenthaltes ausgefallen.
Unter die Betten darf man nicht gucken, mussten wir aber, um Latten, die raus gerutscht waren wieder zu befestigen und auf härter zu stellen.
Die Matratzen sind im Elternschlafzimmer stark durchgelegen.
Das WLAN ist so schwach, dass wir es aus gestellt haben, weil unser LTE stärker ohne WLAN war.
Der Abstellraum draußen war völlig chaotisch, so mussten wir erst einmal aufräumen, um Platz für unsere Räder zu schaffen.
Da das Appartement von einer Firma betreut wird, sollten die Besitzer (super freundlich im E-Mail Kontakt) hier einmal ein deutliches Gespräch führen, denn alle Mängel obliegen ja deren Aufgabe.
Ein Austausch der Matratzen ist sicher alle paar Jahre fällig, erinnert man sich doch meistens sehr gut daran, ob man gut oder schlecht geschlafen hat.
Für uns ein Hauptgrund, ob wir wieder kommen und es weiter empfehlen oder nicht.

Gute Lage. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar, Strand ca. 20 Min..
Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber, die Dusche war sehr ekelig und verschimmelt insgesamt hat man sich im Badezimmer nicht wohl gefühlt.
Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer waren durch, man hat schon fast den Lattenrost gespürt. Teppich im Wozi sehr fleckig und verschmutzt, Kind kann nicht darauf krabbeln lassen.
Ansonsten sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet.
