We liked the area. The house was very good and clean. It also has the most necesary things to cook.
To many dogs barking.
No washer to do the clothes.
The road was pretty bumpy the last few hundred meters.

I loved the fact that the apartment was behind a gated area. This really helps me to feel like my car and belongings sure going to be safe.
The apartment was clean enough, but the owner could put a lot more effort into upgrading the furnishings, bedding and decorating the place. Everything appears to be very worn out and in need of being replaced. The faucets were rusty (ocean air rusts metal, but if you are going to rent a place, should be replaced) the shower curtain rod was peeling and clearly needs to be replaced. The beds were comfortable, but incredibly noisy. The night stand was home made, old and peeling. The apartment could use a deep cleaning such as base boards, window sills, etc.
