About this house rental
Semidetached Villa with garden in Lido di Camaiore. The House is a 5-minute walk from the comfortable and equipped beaches of Lido di Camaiore and is bordered by the park of Peschiera where you can enjoy walking and jogging in green.
The villa is a semidetached house on 3 floors, 220 sqm total.
On the main floor there is the spacious and bright living room, tastefully decorated with a large sofa for 6 persons in front of the television and the fire place, another sofa for 3 persons, the flat tv with satellite SKY, netflix and amazon prime video, air conditioning.
On the lower floor there is the reading room and then the fully gourmet equipped kitchen with barbecue. In the kitchen you will find LAVAZZA COFFEE MAKER, american coffee maker, blender and mixer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster. From the kitchen we have direct access to the dining room in the veranda facing the garden and the outside small kitchen with 2 stoves and barbecue.
The Veranda can be used opened or closed thanks to the large windows that can be fully opened.
The laundry room with washing machine and iron and board.
On the ground floor there is comfortable and cozy double room facing the Peschiera Park with its bathroom in Red Verona Marble.
On the first floor there is the master bedroom with balcony: a large and spacious and bright double bedroom tastefully decorated with its ensuite bathroom. There is air condition, flat tv with SKY channels, 2 dressers and a big wardrobe. The bedroom has a nice balcony covered with a tent.
The ensuite complete bathroom in Green Marble has a shower and a hot tub.
The “fish” bedroom, due to the particular decoration dedicated to the sea faces the Peschiera Park, it has a large wardrobe and a dresser. Cool and quite bedroom. The ensuite complete bathroom is with shower.
The garden is about 240 square meters. There is the barbecue area with charcoal barbecue and 2 stoves, lounge area under the umbrella in front of the veranda. Garden chairs to relax and enjoy the garden. .

Firenze is 100 kms away, Lucca and Pisa are 20 kms away.
