About this cabin rental
Come ride the trails out the back door of the cabin! Cozy cabin located on 40 acres surrounded by state land, centrally located between Petoskey, Indian River and Wolverine with direct access to trails. In the south east corner of Emmet county, the cabin sleeps 6 comfortably. 5 beds (4 twin, 1 queen) are located upstairs and are bunk house style with semi privacy. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, hot shower, 50 inch flat screen TV with DirecTV and washer/dryer. Cellular service is good in the upstairs and outside and we now have TrueStream, high speed internet!! There is a covered patio, with a fire pit for nightly campfires, with picnic tables also. Located 13 miles from Petoskey, 20 miles from Boyne City, 8 Miles from Indian River and 20 Miles from Harbor Springs. This cabin is well suited for the outdoor enthusiast, as there are many mushrooms, ORV, hiking opportunities around. Weber lake, which offers trout, bass and bluegill fishing is only 1.5 miles away. Pickerel Lake which offers a swimming area, fully accessible playground, boat launch and fishing for walleye, pike, bass and panfish, just 6 miles away. Burt Lake which offers a boat launch, swimming area, playground, walleye, pike, perch and panfish, just 8 miles away.
Cabin is fully stocked for your convenience. Towels , linens, cooking utensils, firewood etc.
This property is shared with two other rental cabins on the property - 2677074 & 1837085 book them all for a big gathering! Sorry, NO PETS ALLOWED.

Our first cabin rental was at Sleeper’s Heaven and we come back for years now. It’s the only cabin we rent. We will be back next summer. Thank you for sharing your sweet little home with us.

We had a great time at Sleepers Haven II...The cabin was beautiful ....Much nicer than what we expected for a cabin.... We didn't need anything....Everything we needed was there for us...Which made our trip even better...And the property is beautiful....We all look forward to coming back soon....
