About this house rental
Close to everything near the heart of Old Town Scottsdale! Minutes from Fashion Square, baseball stadiums, art galleries, restaurants, bars, hiking, shopping, and numerous golf courses. This newly remodeled home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. There’s also guest casita (contains a king bed but also the washer/dryer/water heater). The spacious floor plan allows guests to be together but never feel crowded. The dining table comfortably seats 8 and there's 4 more seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. There's a 65" TV in the Living Room for movies, sporting events or just relaxing at the end of a fun day as well as TV's in all bedrooms. The kitchen is straight out of a magazine and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The big backyard features a new swimming pool/hot tub area with lounge seating, a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, artificial grass, and backyard games such as giant Jenga and corn hole. WiFi and cable TV are included. We've done everything to help provide our guests with the most comfortable, fun and relaxation vacation possible.

• The Hot Tub is included in the nightly rate. Heating the entire swimming pool (up to approximately 85 degrees) is optional (weather permitting) for an additional fee of $75/night and requires advanced notice.
• Early Check-In and late Check-Out (only when available) and requires at least 72 hours advanced notice to properly schedule with our cleaning company.

Rented the house for 7 people for ASU graduation. Was perfect size for group. Kitchen dishes, pans, glassware was better than other places we've stayed. Pool was nice given temperature didn't need to heat. When we got in I didn't see a booklet, which most places have, with information about the place. Found it in one of the cabinets. Don't know if the cleaners put it there or someone else. If it's not out, look for it.

Overall, our stay was very nice. The house is large and accommodated our family well. The host was very responsive in addressing the issues we encountered upon check-in. For example, the main bathroom was not clean from the previous guests and their pile of dirty towels were left for us. Additionally, several of power outlets in the main bedroom were not working, so we were not able to charge our phones nor use the bedside lamps. The host was very responsive to these issues, and they were corrected early during our week-long stay.
