About this apartment rental
The penthouse, located on the 2nd floor of this purpose built complex with lift access to all 3 levels, is south-facing with balcony and also a large roof terrace & brand new built-in BBQ, with nice views of the golf course and pool. It has air-conditioning, wifi and central-heating.
The front door leads into the lounge/dining area, off which are the fully fitted kitchen and a corridor to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Patio doors from the lounge area lead on to an outside terrace with dining table and chairs, which overlooks the community swimming pool and landscaped gardens with a brand new split level staircase leading to the magnificent roof terrace.
One en-suite bedroom with a king-size bed and second bedroom with twin beds and separate shower room. In addition there is a sofa bed in the living room, giving space for up to 6 people in total.
The lounge area has a sofa bed and armchair. There is a flat-screen TV & DVD player with several English, German and Spanish channels available.
The kitchen has all the usual fixtures and appliances, including a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, and there is a hatchway through to the inside dining area.
Upstairs is the magnificent roof terrace, accessed by a brand new split level staircase (this was to replace a metal spiral staircase). This covers more or less the same floor area as the inside of the apartment, so there is plenty of space! Up here you will find a brand new built-in BBQ, dining table for 6 under a pergola, sun loungers, lighting, power points and water. This is a wonderful place to enjoy the sunshine during the day and then watch the sun go down over the mountains whilst enjoying a glass or two of wine.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The booking process was simple, the owners were very helpful and accomodating, providing great suggestions about where to go near by. The appartment was a good size and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, we spent most of our time on the roof terrance and it is kitted out well with a good table and chairs and four loungers - ideal for enjoying the sun and gazing at the stars.
If you have a car and are happy to use it for getting out and about this apartment is great, if like us you like to walk out and home, it's a bit far. The walk to the main gate takes about 30mins, and then it is another 25min into the Square are in the new town.
But all in all this was a great apartment and I would recommend it over others I have rented in the Roda Golf Resort.
