We loved staying in this modern house very near to the coast on a quiet street. An ideal location to be able to walk to the beach. La Terriere is an excellent sandy beach with good lifeguard coverage. Many other beaches a short drive away too.Bakery and supermarket are also within a short drive of the house. Communication with the owner and concierge was very clear and quick. The house had everything we needed. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor space which helped our family of five to relax and rest. Recommended!

We had a lovely holiday in this easy to use gite. It is easy to access the beach, walking and cycling routes. Tranche is a lovely resort with good restaurants.

The house is super nice and has everything you need.
Beach 200 meters. Super clean and if you walk a few meters you will find a place all for you. Can highly recommend this house and will definitely come back in the future.
