Beautiful one bedroom, second level condo located in San Simeon at the Foothills. Tile throughout. New bathroom and kitchen sink and counter tops. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Walkout balcony with spectacular lake and mountain view. Close to pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room. Includes utilities, Wi-Fi, HD television, dishes, linens, bedding, and more. (NON-Smoking) (San Simeon Community requires a minimum 30-day stay)

In a quiet area away from the city, but close to restaurants, grocery store, golf courses and freeway, and less than 30 minutes from Phoenix or Mesa airports.

My parents stayed here for a few weeks and really enjoyed the view, proximity to the little lake and the pool. Spacious and had all accommodations to have a comfortable stay. Thank you, we would have family stay here again!

My husband and I had a great time in Phoenix. The condo had all the amenities and is located in a really great area. We felt very safe and the condo was quiet. The best part was the view from the balcony, overlooking the lake. Walking distance to the Desert Foothills park and a short drive to a few of the South Mountain trailheads. No issues communicating with the owner Kurt. Highly recommend!!

The location is great near heated pool and gym. Looking out from deck is the huge pond with ducks a fountain that is lit at night. Nice relaxing area. Safe lots of dog walkers in this area. The furniture is a little worn, but condo is well supplied with everything. Queen bed is comfortable. Location is worth it alone!

Wonderful condo, great view with 2 pools. Accepts pets. We stayed a month and could have stayed longer. Loved everything about our stay!
