Private plot of 800 m2 with private parking space. Private 8 x 4 m swimming pool with outdoor shower. 2x large terrace with sunbeds and sufficient garden furniture and parasols. Garden around the villa with shed where beach / patio items are. Gas barbeque and electric table grill are available.

100 m2 floor area. Large attractive living room with patio doors to your private terrace. Kitchen with great views of La Cumbre del Sol. Separate dining room for 6 people. Two bedrooms, 1 ensuite, 2 bathrooms (1x bath and 1x shower), 2 toilets.

Well equipped kitchen, large Samsung fridge-freezer, gas hob and oven, Nespresso, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, juice machine, combi microwave, sandwich maker, mixer, smoothy maker.

Master suite with 2 beds (90x 200cm). Air conditioning (cold/warm/dehumidify) Bathroom with shower/toilet ensuite. Shutters, mosquito just in front of the window and sufficient closet space. Beautiful patio doors to private terrace overlooking the garden.

Free Wifi for smartphone or tablet. The living room has a satellite receiver, Samsung 43' Smart TV (Netflix, and more than 200 other channels), Sony DVD/CD installation with bluetooth,
Google chromecast installed on both TVs to stream music, movies and web pages from your smartphone, tablet or laptop to TV.
In the master suite is a 2nd Samsung 32' TV with DVD and Playstation 2. A large selection of DVDs and CDs and Play station games are available, as well as reading material and fun board games
***EXTRAS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The luxury linen package is included in the total price. Linen package consists of bed linen, pillowcase, towels (different sizes), tea and towels. For stays of more than 1 week, linen will be changed in consultation with the guest.

***LA CUMBRE DEL SOL OUTSIDE THE SUMMER SEASON ( WINTER )
With an average of more than 300 days of sunshine per year, the Costa Blanca is of course the ideal place to spend the winter.
To ensure that it is also warm in the villa in the winter evenings, we have installed infrared panels with thermostat in the villa. This is for optimal heating comfort during your stay. Infrared provides more than enough heat.
Why infrared: clearly better heat than traditional central heating, it is environmentally friendly, fast heating and distribution of heat (constant room temperature), demonstrably better for your health (good for your muscles), no dust circulation.
A fireplace was placed in the living room for even more warmth, atmosphere and of course cosiness
Isn't it warm enough yet?
Then you can even match the feeling of warmth of a sauna with the mobile radiator. You can therefore set the heat level in the villa yourself. Electric blankets are also provided for your comfort.

Large international supermarket (fresh bread rolls, croissants), pharmacy, hair salon, and restaurant " La Cumbre" ( with amazing view ) are less than 250 meters away.
The spectacular beach of La Cumbre (playa Morach) is within 2 minutes by car. The beautiful sandy beaches of Javea and Moraira are within 10 minutes by car.
Enjoy a game of tennis or padel tennis (about 300 meters from your villa). A professional coach is present.
Otherwise an afternoon horseback riding at "Hípica Cañada DEL SOL" (about 750 meters away from you), or a walk along one of the many marked trails along the coast of La Cumbre del Sol

My wife and myself have rented villas in the Benitachell, Moraira and Javea area for 26 years and can truly say this villa is the best ever. The owners were very easy to communicate with and sent comprehensive information about the contents of the villa, together with a video showing directions to the villa.The photographs speak for themselves. You won't be disappointed!

A lovely villa. Spotlessly clean. Owners met us on arrival and showed us around. Villa is on an urbanisation with a shop and restaurant very close by. Thoroughly enjoyed our week.

From arriving to leaving we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa manager and his son were helpful and available, and excellent communication from the owner both before and after our stay.
The villa was superb and filled all our requirements, a pharmacy and supermarket are both on the doorstep.
It had everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable and we would highly recommend staying here

Great location, lovely house weather beautiful, the only downside was the house was cold in the evening and would benefit from a wood burner as the infrared panels only heated an area of the room, and had concerns how much electricity they were using. On the whole a very pleasant stay.
