sunny and convenient home in Paris

We loved our stay in this excellent neighbourhood, close to the Marais and with good metro lines for sightseeing. Our host Patrick was the kindest and most welcoming and generous person who really looked after us. His apartment is well set up, it has a lovely bathroom, the bed is comfortable and there is even a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower which you can see twinkling at night from the bedroom window. It is on the 7th floor but there is a small lift. We would stay here again in a heartbeat the next time we come to Paris. Patrick is the best host ever!

Dès le premier contact, j'ai eu une très bonne impression du proprio, Monsieur Patrick Niedo . Nous avons eu de celui-ci, un accueil des plus chaleureux. Monsieur Niedo était toujours prêt à nous rendre service, à nous informer et à faciliter notre séjour. Tout était à notre convenance: un appartement propre, bien entretenu, tout près du métro. Vraiment, je recommande cet endroit et bien sûr, si je dois retourner à Paris pour un autre séjour, je n'hésiterai pas à le contacter. Un GROS merci Patrick.

The apartment was great - central Paris, close to the Metro, clean, and comfortable. It was exactly as advertised and the check-in/out process was a breeze. The home was extremely clean with all the necessary amenities. Patrick, the owner was supportive and offered us a friendly greeting. Thank you Patrick for wonderful hospitality and experience with our stay in Paris! We will definitely be back to stay with you again.
