About this apartment rental
Beautiful property situated a short distance away from Florence, on a large farming estate producing wine and olive oil. The estate offer several farmhouses turned into nice apartments and surrounded by splendid olive groves and vineyards. The apartments La Selva 1, 2, 3, 4 e 5 are approx. 50 m from the swimming-pool away, La Selva 6 approx. 100 m away. All of the 6 apartments are furnished in rustic and cozy style.
The estate provides an ideal terrain for beautiful walks among vineyards and olive trees.
The owners run a nice restaurant on the premises where it is possible to taste excellent local recipes (the restaurant is open every night from June to September included, over the weekend during the months of April, May and October - for the rest of the year the restaurant is available upon request) .
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Malmantile with food shops 4 km away, Lastra a Signa with all kinds of shops 5 km, Florence (airport) 18 km away, the charming medieval town of San Gimignano 45 km, Pisa (airport) 65 km away, Siena approx. 75 km.
At guests disposal: large outdoor areas, shared swimming-pool (6 x 12 m – maximum depth 2,4 m). All of the apartments provide satellite TV and hairdryer. Parking within the grounds. WI-FI internet connection available (free of charge).
Upon request it is possible to arrange guided tours, visit of the property wine cellars, wine tasting and beautiful walks.

La Selva 6 liegt in aller Ruhe in Mitten von Weinbergen und Olivenbäumen. Der Garten ist sehr groß,für Hunde ideal . Auch wenn er nicht komplett eingezäunt ist . Das Haus verfügt über einen relativ kleinen Wohnraum mit einer kleinen Küchenzeile was bei dem Wetter in der Toskana aber nicht so sehr einschränkt, da man eh im wunderschönen Garten mit einer tollen Aussicht sitzt. Die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Bad . Ideale Privatsphäre. Das Haus ist rustikal eingerichtet.Sollte etwas fehlen findet man in der freundlichen Rezeption jederzeit Hilfe . Das ganze Team ...egal ob an der Rezeption oder im Restaurant war total freundlich . Es empfiehlt sich den leckeren Chianti und das erstklassige Olivenöl zu verkosten und sich einen Vorrat mit nach Hause zu nehmen. Das Restaurant von dem Haus in 50 m zu Fuss zu erreichen ist mehr als zu empfehlen.Frische qualitativ sehr hochwertige toskanische Küche.Wer hier nicht isst , ist selber Schuld.
Wir fühlten uns in La Selva (tenuta San Vito) mit Hund sehr willkommen und bedanken uns bei Cinzia und Team für ihre Gastfreundschaft !

Sehr schön gelegene Häuser und Wohnungen auf einem wunderschönen Gut in mitten der Toskana. Mit viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe . Die Aussicht über die Toskana ist atemberaubend. Die Rezeption an Freundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und willkommen. Auch mit Hund , echt klasse !!!! Man kann dort auf dem Gut kleine Spaziergänge unternehmen . Das Restaurant ist der Wahnsinn ! Alles frisch und super lecker , tolle toskanische Küche und zu einem super Preis. Wem nach Pizza ist , die Pizza Viola im Ort ist sehr zu empfehlen. Supermärkte sind in der Umgebung , Brötchen findet man im Ort. Die Wohnungen sind sauber und mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Auch der Wein und das Olivenöl dort sind einfach spitze unbedingt probieren und sich einen Vorrat mit nach Hause nehmen ;-).
