This place is absolutely recommandable. Located 5km up the hills from Solenzara, it‘s a great place to place to stay, in particular for families. Dominique and his familiy gave us a warm welcome and let us feel home from the very beginning. The house is very well equipped and clean. There are hiking tracks nearby and the next beach is only 10 mins away by car. We very much enjoyed our vacation here and can highly recommend it. Thanks to Dominique for being a great host.

A warm welcome by Béatrice, an introduction to the house and surroundings as well as to the lovely donkeys, Lucia and Alba. A Corsican beer and Corsican soft drink was waiting for us in the fridge. And on the table we found a couple of Corsican specialties. We had a wonderful fortnight at Le Clos Sampiero! Whether we went to one of the many nearby beaches or for a hike in the mountains: The location is an ideal starting point. Thanks to the great introduction by Dominique, we really caught the essence of the island. All in all: full points! We would like to come back one day...
