### Heating

### Security Deposit



**Security deposit: €200**



In accordance with the local recycling and waste management regulations in the municipality of Búger, this deposit is intended to ensure the correct disposal of waste during the stay.



The deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided that the rubbish has been removed from the property by the guests.



### Important Information – Tourist Tax (Ecotasa)



A mandatory tourist tax applies in the Balearic Islands to all guests over the age of 16:



* From 1 November to 30 April: **€0.55 per person per day**.

* From 1 May to 31 October: **€2.20 per person per day**.

* From the ninth night onwards, the rate is reduced by 50%.



The Ecotasa can be paid in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card.
