About this house rental
Ideally situated on the beachfront in Lorikeet Drive with private beach access onto Peregian's pristine beach.
Only a ten minute walk to the Peregian village, with its restaurants, patisseries, fashion houses and patrolled beach. A Fifteen minute drive along the coast takes you to Hastings Street Noosa.
The house accommodation comprises 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms over two levels and sleeps 6 comfortably, with 2 Queen Beds, and 2 King Single Beds. Main living area is on the top level with 2 bedrooms and on ground level is 3rd bedroom and another living area. Both levels which open through bi-folds onto extensive decking (upper level) and covered areas (lower level).
The kitchen is fully equipped.

Relaxing. Close to beach. Quiet location away from main roads. Close to Peregian Beach shops. House and grounds well-maintained. Good quality linen and toiletries. Well-stocked pantry of staples. Only suggestion is for house details to be updated to state that main living and bedrooms are upstairs.
