The property is perfect! You won’t be disappointed! Amazing, spacious house with a huge veranda where we enjoy every meal. We were 2 families - 8 people- 4 adults and 4 children. The garden is massive and the swimming pool is much bigger than it looks on the photos. We enjoyed every day of our holiday. Sabine was always there when we needed her.Always helpful. Nous sommes restés une semaine en juillet. Avec nos deux enfants, deux beaux-parents et beau frère. La maison est très accueillante, très pratique et vraiment bien pour les enfants. Le grand jardin et la piscine ont vraiment été un super plus pour que tout le monde profite bien de notre séjour. Sabine la propriétaire a été d'une grande aide et source de conseil pour nos activités. Nous recommandons cette maison pour toutes grande familles ou multi familles desirant passé un bon moment de vacances.

We zijn fantastisch onthaald door de eigenares Sabine. Grote en ruime kamers. Praktische keuken, 2 ruime badkamers. Supermooie en immens grote tuin waar de kinderen fantastisch in kunnen spelen. Zwembad is groot genoeg om zich te verfrissen. Prachtig ruim terras. Wij komen zeker terug! Dikke dankjewel Sabine voor alles!

Even better than it looks!

Really great place to stay. The house overlooks fields and trees and is completely private. The pool is much bigger and more permanent than it looks in the photo. The village is chocolate-box pretty and has a walled chateau with a museum. There's a small epicerie 5 minutes up the lane which sells everything (including fresh bread and pastries) and is open from 7.30-8pm 7 days a week. Sabine is really helpful and can tell you about anything local e.g. best place to swim. House and garden are great to spend time in (particularly on the verandah), and there's table-tennis, badminton, swings, roundabout in the garden for smaller children. Locally there are great caves, pretty villages, lovely swimming in the river. Would stay again.

La propriétaire, Sabine, est une hôte très chaleureuses, discrète et bienveillante. Nous recommandons vivement.

Très belle villa.

La villa est magnifique sur un très grand terrain bien entretenu avec sa piscine, son trampoline, sa balançoire et j'en passe les enfants, mais aussi les adultes se sont amusés. Niveau maison la terrasse ombragée était pour nous la pièce principale tant nous y étions bien. La qualité des couchages est aussi au rendez-vous. Situé autour de toutes les activités possibles en Ardèche, il n'en faut pas plus pour passer un séjour de rêve. Ajoutez à cela l'excellent accueil et les bons conseils de Sabine la propriétaire, il n'y à plus à hésiter, foncez.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la maison de Sabine. Les enfants (3,8 et 9 ans) ont beaucoup apprécié l espace de jeux avec ses nombreuses bd ainsi que l extérieur avec la piscine . Nous étions très bien placés pour les activités (baignade en rivière après mini rando de 30 minutes , accrobranche à 5 mn, balade en cheval , grottes Chauvet et aven... Bref une maison très agréable avec une terrasse qui protège bien de la chaleur tout en permettant de rester à l'extérieur quand il fait chaud et à proximité des activités .

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette maison. Nous sommes une famille avec 5 enfants de moins de 7 ans qui ont joué la plupart du temps dans l’immense jardin agrémenté de jeux d’extérieur. La grande terrasse nous a permis de prendre tous nos repas en extérieur tout en étant à l’abri du soleil et de nous détendre dans les transats en ayant un œil sur les enfants. La piscine est sécurisée et sa taille est suffisante pour que les enfants s’amusent dans l’ eau. La maison est propre, la cuisine fonctionnelle et le lave-linge et lave-vaisselle sont récents et bien appréciables pour diminuer la charge de l’intendance durant les vacances. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Un grand Merci à Sabine pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la maison est très grande, bien équipée. Une très belle terrasse ombragée, une piscine, des jeux pour enfants, un barbecue permettent de profiter de l'extérieur qui est aussi très grand. La maison est au calme dans un charmant petit village, pas très loin de l'Ardèche et de sites touristiques sympas. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

La maison de Vincent est vraiment parfaite : grande, très bien équipée et confortable. La terrasse couverte est merveilleuse et nous y avons passé 90% de notre temps. Enfin la grande piscine et le jardin était un rêve pour toute la famille. De quoi occuper petits et grands pendants des heures ! L'emplacement est parfait : très calme tout en étant à 5mn à pied du village. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Notre séjour d'une semaine s'est parfaitement déroulé. La maison correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Le village est superbe et à la fois très poche de Vallon Pont d'Arc pour les activités et suffisamment éloigné pour être au calme. L'épicerie du village est petite mais propose de bons produits. La maison est tès propre et très bien entretenue. Les propriétaires sont très agréables, disponibles et flexibles. Nous les avons sollicités à plusieurs reprises pour des conseils et Madame Olla a accepté de déplacer le RDV de sortie sans aucun problème. Je recommanderai cette location à un ami sans aucun doute. Une seule proposition d'amélioration: avoir une couverture pour la piscine la nuit, ce qui lui permettrait de gagner quelques degrés.
