The Cottage at Whitecap is part of an Historic Compound built in 1883 and is located in the heart of New Suffolk. The Cottage offers 4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms and sleeps 8 comfortably. The cottage shares the same property as the Main House but landscaping provides privacy for both homes. The house is steps from the beach and conveniently located by restaurants, wineries and a public boat ramp. It's the perfect location for your next vacation, small get together or winery weekend getaway.

We needed a place for the bride and bridesmaids to stay the weekend of our December North Fork wedding. The cottage at Whitecap was perfect in every way! Not only is the beach-themed decor gorgeous, but the house is new, fresh and clean, and every thoughtful detail has been considered (extra hair dryers, iron and ironing board, regular towels and beach towels, board games, wine bottle openers, etc). There was plenty of room for 7 of us to relax and then sleep comfortably. On the day of the wedding, we had hair and makeup artists come to the house, and the kitchen island and dining area worked well for the wedding prep. Aside from the cottage being perfect for our group, the owners were wonderful to work with. We had a few questions here and there between booking the cottage and our stay, and Tracy was quick to respond and always very accommodating. She even had a lovely bottle of champagne waiting for us! Such a nice touch.Our stay in this lovely home made our big weekend even much more special. I highly recommend this property (and these owners) any time of the year for your North Fork getaway!
