Enjoy the sea breeze and the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea right from my 2BR holiday house with the sunny terrace and the private garden!
Located in a beautiful Marine Reserve Area of Plemmirio the property provides close proximity to Siracusa and its historical centre Ortigia listed by Unesco as a World Heritage Site (15 minutes drive). It is also close enough for a short scenic drive to some of the most beautiful late baroque towns of the Val di Noto (Caltagirone, Catania, Modica, Noto,Palazzolo, Ragusa and Scicli).
The house has a modern coastal style and effortlessly elegant atmosphere that will put you immediately at ease. It is fully furnished and stocked with everything you would expect in your home. Lots of light, air conditioning, wifi, fresh linens and fluffy towels!
My home features a modern master suite with sea view, 2nd bedroom with two single beds with private garden view, spacious living/dining room with access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
The surrounding areas offer a crystal clear blue sea and fabulous beaches with breathtaking views that will make your holiday unforgettable. Here, the coast offers both a typical rocky shoreline and fine sandy beaches as Arenella, Fontane Bianche, Vendicari, San Lorenzo (from 5 to 20 minutes drive).
The neighbourhood is very quiet and has a grocery store and bar/pizzeria close by (2 minutes drive or 5 minutes walk).

We were a family of four, including two teenagers. We stayed for a week in April. We found the house very clean and very comfortable. There is everything you need. Located in a very quiet place (of course you will need a car). Francesco is also a very nice host, very reactive and he provided very useful information and advice. I warmly recommend this loation.

Francesco wellcommed us to his beautiful villa 20 min away from Siracusa.
We really enjoyed the quietness in the off season there.
We enjoyed the sea view from there terrace and the rooftop.
The kitchen is fully equipped und if you need it there is High Speed Internet available.
Francesco gave us some very good tips where to go for dinner and told us some very nice swimming places.
Francesco is a perfect host and also a passionist jazz musician.

Francesco heeft ons, ondanks de storm heel hartelijk ontvangen in het mooie, knusse huisje. Zeer rustige buurt, met zicht op zee, ideaal als uitvalsbasis om te surfen in Arenella of Fontane Bianche of zelfs in Avola. Zeer goede bedden, comfort is prima alsook is alles heel netjes en prijs/kwaliteit in prima verhouding. We kregen ook heel goede tips, communicatie = prima!

We had a wonderful time in Francescos beautiful house close to Siracusa. The view from the terrace was spectacular...never got tired of sitting up there. The owner Francesco is very welcoming and very helpful. I highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to visit East Sicily.
