Gostei da localização , funcionário atencioso.
Não gostei da segurança do local, portãozinho de entrada estava com a fechadura quebrada , qualquer um podia abrir e entrar. Liquidificador estava com defeito. Não tem elevador.

Da cortesia do dono do apartamento, e da proximidade da praia. O lugar era tranquilo,sem barulho...
Do prédio não ter um elevador,pois o quarto era no terceiro andar e muitas escadas para subir com as bagagens.Tinha muitos gatos na garagem e inclusive alguns dormiram em cima do meu carro.
