Jó elhelyezkedés, a szállásadótól maximálisan kielégítő tájékoztatást kaptam a kulcs átvételtől kezdve a parkolás, valamint a távozással kapcsolatban.
A szállást 5 személyre foglaltam. A fekhely 4személyre volt , az ötödik a nappali kanapélyán aludt. Az ágynemű 4 személyre volt, a törölköző 3 garnitúra.

Maximálna ústretovosť a ochota zo strany vedenia penziónu. Veľkosť, vybavenie, čistota apartmánu. Parkovacie miesta. Tak isto primeraná cena.

Miluju Starý Smokovec a tento apartmánový dům. Jezdíme sem pravidelně a vždy hledám ubytování právě zde. Vyhovuje mi skvělá poloha v blízkosti vlakového nádraží, obchodů, restauraci. Pro mě jako neřídiče je to strategické místo pro poznávání Tater. Apartmán Oliver byl krásný, útulný, vybavený vším potřebným.
Cigaretový zápach na záchodě, který se zřejmě nesl větrací šachtou od sousedů.
