Very Clean and modern. Super friendly contact.
We asked for extra Sheets and blankets bec. One of us wanted to sleep in the Couch but never got anything. If you list the Couch as sleeping Option you need to provide Sheets and blankets. The apt is super small. If you put out the bed the Couch has no space.

It was an apartment near the beach. Because there were limited restaurants that appealed to my taste, I am glad that there was a grocery store nearby. I like that there was a way for me to wash my clothes.
The only thing that I didn't like was that there was a washer provided, but no dryer. Also, the fact that at the end I was asked to leave additional money to cover some room tax amount or something to that effect.

- welcoming host (excellent communication and assistance) - amazing superb location (just 50 meters from the beach) - facilities (clean and well equipped apartment, with everything needed, nothing missing!) - wifi was great PS: yes, I've seen the reviews complaining that the apartment was not clean, however, in our case it was clean and well arranged, really)
there is no balcony where to dry out the towels/clothes, if needed, but it wasn't supposed to be there in fact. so this is rather a wish and not an actual issue/problem.
