About this cottage rental
A modern cottage situated in a residential area of Cawsand on the beautiful Rame peninsula - Chy-an-Forn is fully equipped for all your 'home from home' comforts. The cottage is a flat 150 m walk from Cawsand beach and just 50 m from the Cornish Coastal path, and so perfectly suited to families or the active holiday-maker!
Carparking is conveniently located - you can park outside the cottage (subject to a local residents scheme) and the main Cawsand carpark is just 2 min away. Please ask for details.
The accommodation comprises a lounge/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, conservatory and downstairs toilet. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms plus the bathroom.
For entertainment, the accommodation is provided with satellite TV (Sky+), DVD player, midi-hi fi and free wireless internet.
Outside, there is a front garden with access to the cottage, whilst to the rear there’s a small decked area from which a gate gives access to a minor road leading down to Cawsand beach.

Second time we’ve stayed in this property. Ideal pace to get away for a few days, has everything you need, very clean and well looked after, comfortable bed and Cawsand is an undiscovered treasure.

Perfect for a multi generational family holiday, house has everything you need, it has all the facilities and equipment you have in your own home with lovely outside space….private decking and shared garden. Location is just perfect, just a few hundred yards from beaches and several lovely pubs/restaurants for eating out in a very pleasant and traditional Cornish village.Contact with Gwyn the owner was very prompt. Will definitely be returning.
