'Home from Home' in this fully equipped Cottage - 5 mins walk to Cawsand beach!

This is a wonderful property, very clean and equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Very near the beach. The only negative is the lack of parking but we managed to park for free a bit further up the road. I would definitely recommend this lovely home from home.

Lovely house, very clean, nicely furnished and so well equipped we needed. Less than 5 minutes from the beach and lovely location. My favourite room was the conservatory but whole house was good. 10/10. Will definitely book again in the future

The property was clean and very homely with good amenities provided. There was enough room for 5 of us to enjoy our stay and time. The beach was 2minutes walk and people were very helpful. We will stay again and recommend the property. Thanks Gwyn and Jo for a brilliant stay.

The house was perfect, very well equipped, spotlessly clean, and in a beautiful location. We had a wonderful stay, and hope to stay again.

The property was clean, welcoming and situated in the perfect spot - literally just a few hundred meters of level walking to a beautiful beach. Perfect for our family. The landlord was clear and prompt in communication and everything went smoothly.

This cottage was so lovely spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed and such a great location. Would definitely stay there again.

The house is very deceiving from the front. Once entered you see how spacious it is and immediately feel it is ‘home from home’. We had an 84 year old with us who found the property easily accessible. She was unable to use the shower as it was over the bath but for the few days we were there that didn’t prove a problem. After all her generation were used to strip washes😊. The house was clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Beds were comfy with ample wardrobe space and coat hangers. The kitchen has everything you need, from washing up liquid, cleaning cloths, salt, pepper, foil, cling film, ice cubes, numerous utensils, even to an apron. There are loads of children’s games and DVD’s if you fancy a quiet night in. The conservatory looks out onto the decking and to the communal lawned area beyond. There is gated access at the back with easy walk to the beach and the Cawsand ferry ⛴ if you fancy a trip to the Plymouth Barbican. Halfway House do lovely meals at reasonable prices. The kids/light meals were a good choice for us (60+year olds) and were more than ample. Enjoy!

The property was more spacious than expected. It was great for our family for 2 weeks. The kitchen is well-equipped and the house has everything we needed. Cawsand is a great place for kayaking and paddle-boarding and is well catered for with pubs and restaurants considering its size.

Gorgeous, clean, well equipped property, located as stated a few minutes walk from the beach. Lots to do including kayaking and paddlboarding at local beach, plus surf lessons only 15 minute drive away. Gorgeous views everywhere you look. Regular ferry from beach to Plymouth. Mount Egcumbe country park worth a visit too. Fitted in as much as we could. Only caveat - need to book local pubs and restaurants for dinner. Food fantastic. Would definitely recommend and happy to come back again.

We had a really enjoyable stay in Cawsand. The property is perfectly positioned for a quick stroll to the beach and up the hill to the pubs in Kingsand. The property was really well kitted out and we would recommended it family and friends

I cannot recommend this holiday home highly enough. From prompt and helpful communication with the owner to comfort, cleanliness, and equipment. The perfect location is just the icing on the cake.

Second stay at this brilliant property, granddaughter aged 8 absolutely loved it! Everything you need for lovely holiday, no pets policy ideal for us,who needs someone else's dog hair everywhere? We will definitely return!

A lovely property with everything you would need for a great holiday. Very nice location in a beautiful village. If you want discos and night clubs go elsewhere, it's not for you, this is a quality break for those who like fresh air, peace and quiet and coast walks with stunning views. Owners 'no pet' policy makes it perfect for us, who wants someone else's dog's hair on the beds and sofas? We will definitely book again, thanks for a lovely stay!

This holiday cottage is comfortable, clean and is so close to the beach. Everything that you would need is provided for a stunning holiday and is suitable for couples or families.

Perfect for a multi generational family holiday, house has everything you need, it has all the facilities and equipment you have in your own home with lovely outside space….private decking and shared garden. Location is just perfect, just a few hundred yards from beaches and several lovely pubs/restaurants for eating out in a very pleasant and traditional Cornish village.Contact with Gwyn the owner was very prompt. Will definitely be returning.

This cottage is so spacious, clean and decorated to the highest standard. 2 minute walk to the beach and village. It really is a home to home with nothing too much trouble for the owners. There is a ferry over to the Barbican, Plymouth and a bus route straight into the City Centre. We had everything we needed and much more. Truly grateful and thankful we managed to find this cottage and Cawsand/Kingsand.

The house is under two minutes walk to the beach beautifull pubs and walks around the area, the house had everything we needed sky TV dvds good WiFi very comfy beds lovely lounge and conservatory good size rooms.Apon of arrival as this was our honeymoon the owners had champagne and flowers on the table when we arrived. Extremely kind of them.

Well located (3mins walk to Cawsands beach max). Very clean and comfortable property and probably the best equipped kitchen we have stayed at. Also had a great conservatory and outdoor space (small decking area). I’d stay here again.

Tha cottage was superb and just as described ,it contained everything you need for a stay .The cottage was very clean on arrival , and with one minor blip checking in I was faultless. Cawsands is a great location to stay, all in all a great holiday thank you

- Very well equipped property with great kitchen and conservatory which enabled us to socialise whilst cooking.- Comfy living room and sky TV with apps to keep us happy when we were at home.- Lovely bedrooms, with room to unpack. - All round a very pleasant rental property for our annual holiday in Cawsand.- Only 3 minutes walk to the beach (amd less to the pub and shop in the square), 1 minute walk from Cawsand car park.
