Well located little house near the coast.

Well located little house near the coast.

This is a small house right next to the owner's house in a great location, - it's literally 10-15 minutes from Monaco and even closer to Mention and Roquebrune. The Mediterranean is very close too, in fact it's visible from the house. The house itself is compact, there's really just one room with a bed, a dining table, a very small kitchenette, and a shower room/toilet. There's no sitting area inside, but there are some chairs outside, including a covered area with a BBQ. There are a couple of facilities shared with the owners too, a small pool and a Jacuzzi. We made use of both and they were a lot of fun. There's wi-fi too as you'd expect, which is slow but enough for a bit of light browsing. A few downsides - the parking isn't great, simply due to the geography of the area. Housing here is built right onto the side of steep hills, with long, narrow driveways. Because of that, there's essentially no way to allow for guest parking. As a result the only place to park is outside the front gate of the house (although still off the main road), and over to one side so the owners can still get their own cars out. It's a very difficult parking spot to manoeuvre into and is also extremely close to trees and bushes. The owner Tiziana is incredibly friendly and helpful and really couldn't have been nicer. She was a perfect host. Overall this is a great spot in a truly beautiful part of France and we spent a very enjoyable week here.

petite location simple et chaleureuse. Avons apprecie l’environnement verdoyant et la tranquillite du lieu, et bonus pour le jaccuzi. Par contre accessibilité difficile et sortie dangereuse. A conseiller à des personnes jeunes. Avons apprècié la gentillesse et la disponibilité des propriétaires.

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires, nous avons apprécié la situation géographique, le logement, voiture indispensable. Le terrain est escarpé mais normal pour les Alpes maritimes, de ce fait il y a une pente et des marches pour accéder à la location, je déconseille pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. La place de parking devant la propriété est étroite, et il est difficile, voir impossible de se garer à l'extérieur. Dépaysement assuré, proche de tout, nice, Monaco, menton, Italie, et le village de roquebrune est très beau aussi, merci à tiziana et Nicolas pour leur gentillesse, et leur aide aux bagages, bravo 👏

Séjour très agréable dans un environnement protégé. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour que nous ne manquions de rien. Maison bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour merveilleux. Vue sur la mer exceptionnelle de la piscine et de la table extérieure pour se restaurer très agréable. Jacuzzi à utilisation exclusif et piscine partagée très appréciable. A refaire avec grand plaisir dans cette région magnifique. Philippe et Isabelle.

Das Objekt war wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht ist phänomenal! Die Vermieterin ist besonders freundlich und stand bei Rückfragen immer zu Verfügung. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Garten lädt zum Entspanen ein. Wenn wir nochmal nach Roquebrune-Cap-Martin reisen, werden wir mit Sicherheit nochmal dieses schöne Ferienhaus buchen!

Excellent séjour

Très bonnes semaines de vacances. Propriétaire charmante,discrète et à l'écoute. A accepté que nos 2 petits-enfants 4 et 7 ans, très turbulents viennent chaque jour profiter de la piscine. Nous avons aussi pu profiter du Jacuzzi, un vrai régal après des journées fatigantes. Grande propriété avec de nombreuse terrasses où l'on peut jouer aux boules, au ballon et même table de ping-pong. Village superbe de Roquebrune à quelques minutes, et Menton tout près pour faire les courses. Vraiment un vrai régal. Vue magnifique sur la mer. Veranda avec frigo et barbecue.

Schönes kleines Häusschen außerhalb des Trubels! Man ist mitten im Berg und kann die Ruhe genießen. Man ist aber schnell mit dem Auto am Strand oder in den schönsten Städten! Die Vermieter waren super nett und auch der Pool und der Whirpool waren toll! Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Sehr gute lage nah an allen Schönen Orte der Region und sogar an Italien. Das Häuschen ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool mit Meerblick ist einen wilkommen Plus, wenn die Temperaturen steigen. Die Nähe an das Haus des Besistzers ist überhaupt kein Problem. Im Gegenteil sie sind immer bereit zu helfen. Also sehr empfehlenswert um einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub an der Riviera zu geniessen.

Nous avons passé un super séjour a Roquebrune, autant par l'environnement que par la maisonnette. Un accueil très chaleureux et amical. Maisonnette sympathique, agréable et rafraichissante. Un tres jolie jardin avec acces a la piscine. La proximité de la maison des propriétaires ne pose aucun probleme. Menton et Monaco a 10min en voiture, frontiere italienne a 15min.
