This house is located inside a farm behind the splendid vineyards of Sella & Mosca, 8 km away from the airport and Alghero.
The house is very welcoming and spacious, has an area of about 100 square meters and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, veranda with dining room. Outside a patio with barbecue, garden furniture.
At 4 km there is a small town, Olmedo, where you can find supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, pizzerias. Alghero and its beaches can be reached in 15 minutes. The peripheral position favors smooth movements avoiding traffic leaving the city, especially in high season. It is essential to have a car. If you want to enjoy your holidays in complete relaxation, this is the place for you.
At guests' disposal and, shared with each other, the use of the swimming pool, 6m x 12m, tennis court (rackets available).
For wine lovers, it is possible to make visits and tastings in the nearby Sella & Mosca winery. Or, taste the wine of our small production!

Wir haben uns bei Irene sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Häuschen steht für sich auf einem weitläufigen Gelände.
Wenn man Ruhe genießen will, ist man hier an richtiger Stelle.
Die Poolanlage ist wunderschön und hat Platz für alle Gäste.
Nach Alghero und zum Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Einzige Anmerkung:
Die Küchenausstattung ist typisch italienisch ein wenig spärlich ausgerüstet, aber doch ausreichend, um sich zu versorgen.
Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

This is the best choice you will ever make. All comments are perfectly right: 1.The location is fantastic: 8 km from Alghero a charming old city with restaurants and battlements, 10-15min by car from beautiful beaches and wild creeks. 2.The place itself : We rent villino lalinda 11 nights long and we had fantastic time there. the house is lovely with air conditioning , with alot of grass for kids to play, a lot of trees for shade , a tennis court and even a fantastic swimming pool when the temperature goes too high. You will find also animals : ducks, dogs cat and... Horses!cause this place was a ranch before !by the way, Irene can give lessons to your kids . She is very patient and has great feeling with kids. 3.Irene and Igor are full of attention and adorable to make your stay unforgettable. We really would like to come back. Aurelia

Villino Ialinda, meravigliosa, tutto perfetto, casa molto accogliente arredata di tutto, dalle stoviglie, alla biancheria per la casa, con due bagni molto ampi, e camere da letto spaziose e arieggiate, anche se a necessità disponibile tre condizionatori, molto spaziosa anche all'esterno, dove una bella veranda permette di mangiare fuori praticamente sempre, disponibile anche il barbeque, fili per stendere, e tanto spazio verde, immersa nella natura, con i cavalli a 100 metri di proprietà della padrona di casa Irene, che ha messo a disposizione anche la piscina, dove i bambini si sono divertiti moltissimo.
Bella vacanza da consigliare a famiglie, ma anche coppie e gruppi di amici, speriamo di poterci ritornare.
Un grazie a Irene super disponibile, anche a far fare un giro sul cavallo ai nostri
bambini.
