About this house rental
Located in the countryside, in the heart of the southern Ardèche, in a pleasant and peaceful setting, between vineyards, olive trees and pines, lovely view of the Ardèche mountains.
Ground floor, independent, spacious, bright, clean and perfectly equipped. Represents the only part of the house occupied.
WIFI included as well as heated floors included in the rental price (comfort appreciated in mid-season). Good insulation.
Located 25km from the Gorges de l'Ardèche and from Vallon Pont-d'Arc, 7km from Les Vans, 8km from Joyeuse, 5km from the Gorges du Chassezac (swimming, canoeing / kayaking and many activities).
Opening in 2015 of the Pont d'Arc Cave (replica Chauvet Cave), ornate cave (-35,000 years old) listed as World Heritage by UNESCO
Near the Bois de Païolive, many tourist sites, hiking, cycling (green way of the Ardèche gorges) or mountain biking, famous caves, famous villages, regional markets etc.
Swimming in very close rivers or possible in an indoor intermunicipal pool (4km) (outdoor slide).
Depending on the holiday period, possible presence of the owner in the other part of the house.
Cottage created from the design of the house so without vis-à-vis. Total independence between the 2 parties.

Sehr angenehme, saubere und komplett ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger, wunderschöner Landschaft inmitten von Weinbergen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans ce logement, situé au calme dans la campagne, tout en étant proche des lieux de visite. Très bon accueil de Didier qui nous bien conseillé tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons !

Il ne manque rien dans la location située dans un lieu agréable les repas sur la terrasse après une journée bien remplie c'est le top . Le propriétaire n'est pas avare d explication. A refaire.
