Compact Living: This snug one-bedroom, one-bathroom home is an ideal retreat for a couple or a small family. The living room offers a leather futon, and the bedroom features a queen bed. The bathroom is located within the bedroom.
This peaceful condo on the south shore of Lake Chelan is located in the Last Resort condominium complex and it features a spacious deck overlooking the shared yard and the lake.

*Sleeps up to 4 guests in a cozy 1-bedroom condo (maximum occupancy strictly observed per county requirements)
*Living room featuring a leather futon doubling as a couch and full-sized bed, plus a flat-screen TV
*Bedroom furnished with a queen bed
*3/4 bathroom with shower (located in the bedroom)
*Well-equipped kitchen featuring full-sized appliances
*Includes 1 buoy for small watercraft moorage
*Electric BBQ grill for outdoor grilling
*Stay connected with complimentary WiFi
*Parking available for 1-2 vehicles
Lake Access and Water Activities: Enjoy easy access to Lake Chelan via the bulkhead and swimming ladders. Make use of the boat buoy and convenient mini boat launch / footpath for kayaks, paddleboards, and jet skis. (Boat launches for larger watercraft are located in downtown Chelan or at the state park).
Please note: During the peak summer season, there's a 7-night minimum stay with a Friday turnover. Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the home's exterior. Please be aware that lake levels fluctuate throughout the year, with the lake generally being lowest in the spring and at full height in July and August.

Well described property, location is phenomenal.Be careful of deck however, my kiddo got splinters sitting on it. There were also a family of bats that were living in the deck above the unit. While they didn’t come out or bother anyone, they did poop and we stayed away from the area of the deck where they were.

The location and privacy that this condo offers is unmatched. Great lawn for lounging and games, friendly neighbors for good conversation. Kitchen has everything that you need, host is courteous and helpful. Overall a 10/10 experience.

Location is excellent. Ok for two people. Probably not four. We had three. Instructions were clear. Towel racks in bathroom fell apart as soon as a towel was placed on them. Boat launch was unusable due to the size of our boat. Evenings on the deck were delightful. Price is relatively inexpensive.
