This cozy apartment offers a beautiful view over the wide sandy beach and the North Sea from the living room and bedroom. The house has a special layout: living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom 1 are located in the apartment proper. The second bedroom is diagonally opposite the same hallway and has its own entrance. The cottage has been renovated and decorated in fresh colors. From the domicile you can make beautiful beach walks or bike rides along the coast or on the numerous bike paths in the hinterland. With the famous coastal streetcar you can travel along other famous seaside resorts, visit Plopsaland De Panne or the Sealife in Blankenberge. There is a stop 200 meters away. Enjoy the nice transportation for shopping in the center of Ostend. The world famous Bruges is less than half an hour away by car. You can spend several days here exploring the city and discover something new every time. The vacation apartment is a great place to enjoy the sea and culture. Attention: to enter the building you have to take stairs. It is therefore unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

Traumhafte Lage, zweckmäßige bis spartanische Ausstattung, besonders in der Küche fehlt es an vielem. In der Küche riecht es muffig. Die Fenster schließen nicht dicht und bei Sturm wird der Regen durch die Ritzen nach innen gedrückt. Der Vermieter Novasol war telefonisch so gut wie unerreichbar, die Agentur vor Ort teilweise ebenso.

Das Objekt war leider bei unserer Anreise nicht gereinigt übergeben worden. Wir hatten dies bei dem Vermittlungsbüro vor Ort direkt gemeldet. Es befand sich Sand im ganzen Apartment, das Waschbecken im Bad und die Spüle in der Küche total verschmutzt! Dies war sehr ärgerlich, zumal uns direkt eine Reinigungsgebühr abgehalten wurde! Es kam dann eine Reinigungskraft, die notdürftig das Gröbste putzte. Ausserdem gab es nur einen sehr dünnen Wasserstrahl am Hahn im Bad, so dass hier Waschen/Zähneputzen nicht möglich war. Dieser Mangel würde trotz mehrere Anrufe und E-Mails erst nach 3 Tagen behoben. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war sehr einfach gehalten, was man ja zum Teil auch auf den Fotos sehen kann. Das separate Schlafzimmer ausserhalb des Apartments hat eher den Charme einer Abstellkammer, wir haben es deswegen auch nur als solche benutzt (3. Person auf der Couch geschlafen) Geschirr/Besteck in der Küche nicht gut, sieht so aus als ob man es kurz vor dem Sperrmüll gerettet hätte. Etwas investieren könnte man hier! Lage und Ausblick vom 6. Stock hervorragend!
