Comfortable accommodation located on the first floor of the family house and in the green garden oasis next to the local harbor in Podgora. In the 40 m2 of the apartment there is a living room with kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and an anteroom. From the bedroom there are two balconies, in southern and eastern orientation, which have over 12 m2. The apartment is equipped with two separate air conditioning units, which are located in the living room and in the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, sink, large fridge, work desk, large dining table and chairs. In the spacious living room there is a pull-out couch for two, a cupboard and a coffee table. The bedroom has a double bed, a dresser with mirror and a closet. The bathroom is equipped with a common sanitary facility. The house is located in the quiet area, away from the crowd, but still very close to the coast and the promenade with tourist facilities, restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment is an ideal place for a rest for 2 to 4 people.
