This is a two-bedroom unit. The master bedroom has a king bed. The guest bedroom has two queen beds. There is 3TV's and 1DVD. Entire unit is tiled. Unit has NO Sleeper Sofa. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The unit has an open kitchen so you can still enjoy your family and friends while your preparing meals. It has an Open Balcony with Amazing shoreline views. Enjoy your early morning coffee or late-night dinner on the balcony while enjoying the view. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Remodeled Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Amazing location and view of the Ocean from our Balcony. Condo was extremely clean and spacious. Didn't take long to make it feel like home. Swimming Pool and Beach were just steps away, Beach Chair Service was simple and convenient. Would definitley stay there again. I can't think of anything negative to report. Just Beautiful!

Everything was just as advertised and the check-in/ check-out process was so easy. It was very clean, had nice furniture/decor, and easy beach access with assigned chairs & umbrella for every day of our stay. Would 10/10 recommend!

Excellent location over looking the beach, nice pool. Easy parking. We had a wonderful time. It was so easy checking in and out. The washer and dryer is a must on vacation so you can arrive with clean clothes and leave with clean clothes.
