It is a very convenient location and has a beautiful view. Speedy logistics with public transport - some 15 minutes to the city centre. Fresh and modern refurbishment with washing machine, fridge, microwave, kitchen tools and dishes etc. Reasonable price, flexible payment modality. The landlord was friendly and cooperative (and arranged the check-in earlier). Flexible payment modalities. Reasonable price.
High floor (but the view is worth it), standard matrasses may be slightly inconvenient for people with back issues. There was nothing which could have left a negative impression.

The view. Apartment was very big. Well furnished. Floor heating, very good on cold times.
11th floor, but elevator goes up to 10th only. There is no living room , but not a big deal.
