About this house rental
Dream Caribbean villa offering 3 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Enjoy a lovely swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi, ideally located in an intimate and secure residence just 200 meters from the prestigious Las Ballenas beach in Las Terrenas.
Elegant décor, high-quality finishes, and all modern comforts in a tropical setting perfect for relaxation, meditation, and quality time with family or friends.

Daily life flows easily on the ground floor, where a fully equipped kitchen opens onto the terrace, living room, and dining area.
This level includes one bedroom with a king-size bed (200x200), and another with two single beds (100x190).
There is also a laundry area with a washing machine and a back door leading to the drying zone.
Upstairs, the master suite features a king-size bed (200x200), a workspace, a digital safe, and a private bathroom with double sinks.
The villa is equipped with an inverter to compensate for the occasional power outages that occur in the village during scheduled maintenance.
Large shutters and sliding doors open the entire villa to the outdoors, offering the constant sensation of open-air living.
Generous spaces throughout the villa promote relaxation. The color palette is perfectly balanced, creating a calm and refined ambiance, ideal for a peaceful and luxurious vacation.
For your information,
Included in the rental fee: Wi-Fi internet, cleaning upon check-in and check-out. Washing machine available for your personal laundry and household linen (towels, kitchen cloths, etc.). Gardener and pool maintenance included.
For stays of less than 8 nights, no mid-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one cleaning per week is offered during your stay, with a sheet change, but no towel change.
Additional conditions,
- Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon your arrival and departure. Only the kilowatt consumption will be charged, based on the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kW), and payment is collected in cash upon check-out.
- Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the villa is well maintained, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the property, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out. Our goal is to keep the property in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests.
We inform you about a construction project that is being carried out near the house. Working hours are usually between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday and until noon on Saturdays. High noise levels are likely to occur during working hours.
It is prohibited to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.

This is a beautiful rental property. The management is terrific. We had a couple problems but they responded quickly. We really loved our trip to Las Terrenas and this rental was a big part of that! The property is clean and well-maintained with a beautiful private garden. The pool was wonderful, the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs, and we were able to park our rental car inside the gates so everything felt secure. The location was great - a close walk to the beach and into town, but we did appreciate having a car to get to the larger grocery stores. The staff for check-in and check-out was also very good - clear communication and reliable. Getting to the town from the Santiago airport was a bit challenging on back roads - about three hours to travel 60 miles - but that was part of the adventure.
