Jungle View Resort

Jungle View was a brilliant stay in Koh Chang - we are so glad we chose this place! From start to finish this was an excellent stay. The location turned out to be fantastic, right near to the beach and some good restaurants as well as within walking distance of the walking street bars. We hired a bike/scooter from the site and it was an essential asset to getting around the island which is itself beautiful. The room was pleasant with a good shower and air con and cleaned whenever we asked with essentials stocked up regularly. The area itself was a perfect jungle vibe - beautiful greenery and areas to relax in with everything you could want… a very nice “cool” pool, bar and restaurant with good food and breakfast available if wanted. The staff were lovely and we’d like to personally thank Toby for making us so welcome, invited to his birthday party on the second day, enjoyed a very good Songkran festival, made our other friends welcome and he also helped us with shopping and transfers back to Bangkok. Honestly, we will definitely come back and thank you so much again for a wonderful stay.

I trusted the reviews before I booked but it was even better when I stayed. An absolute gem. Didn't want to leave. Toby the owner is great and made sure I was happy. They even rent scooters. The restaurant food is incredible too.

Lovely bungalows, although small. Great for one person. Nice surroundings, quiet in a good part of the town.

Breakfast availability was random, 3 of our 6 day stay the reception/bar/restaurant was closed and unmanned without warning or explanation. Some staff members were very helpful, one owner barely spoke or acknowledged guests, was also rude regarding a simple request. Rooms, and more specifically, the toilet paper bins are not emptied unless requested. Swimming pool full of dead insects on the day I went in.

good aircon, kettle and fridge in room, no gaps in the floor boards or walls like some bungalows, near 7-11 and a good motor e-bike rental place with new peds

the bed was not comfortable, the lighting wasn’t great, needs a lamp, it was noisy outside, quiet sound of a club in the distance when this stops a very loud bird will start chirping, we did not sleep well.
