About this house rental
This cozy, modest and lovely holiday house is located in Las Nieves Harbour, the most pintoresque fishing village in the northeast of Gran Canaria.
With the best gastronomical offering of Agaete and crystal clear waters, we invite you to fall in love with this typical Canarian “Pueblo marinero” and enjoy its stunning views in the afternoons with Tenerife and Teide Peak in the horizon. Go for a walk along the “Poets Avenue” full of fresh fish & seafood restaurants and craft shops, the perfect place to meet the locals.
This vacation rental is only a few metres away from the beautiful natural volcanic pools where having a swim is always a fantastic experience! The vacation rental features a nice terrace where you will love having a dinner with your family or friends, a cozy living room with ocean views and a small kitchen.
The master bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom, with two single beds has a separate bathroom. Don´t miss the relaxing feeling of the sea breeze from a sunbed in the roof terraced solarium or in the spacious private patio, with plenty of outdoor safe space for the children to play.
This special corner is 5 minutes drive to Agaete Pueblo and its typical architecture and 10 to Agaete Valley, a complete delight if you enjoy hiking. Ideal for those who love Nature,the beach, privacy and quietness. Walk 100 metres and take the two hours ship to the beautiful island of Tenerife.
**One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request)
*** A security deposit of 400 € is required for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

**This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.

Very great place with lots of privacy and amenities. I would come back again to enjoy a peaceful vacation near many hiking spots in a calmer part of the island. The only thing to be aware of is that the road to the house is very bumpy and rough so make sure your car can handle it or drive slowly. Free parking on site was amazing too! Can't have a better location either. Loved it!

This is a fabulous house. Private, with its own garden and roof terrace. The bathrooms were new and well fitted. The kitchen had everything for cooking home made meals. Great washing machine. We really enjoyed our week there even though the weather was not very sunny. The port and Agaete town has many restaurants, supermarkets and of course the pools for a cold dip. Bigger shops are a short drive away.This is a Villa rental firm and not a private rental. We never met or spoke to Carlos and queries were answered by staff who had little knowledge of the house. When I enquired if a drink and a snack could be arranged (plane was very late, shops shut) payment was demanded on top of a fine for my late arrival. But there was coffee in the kitchen There was a private space for the car and a note for parking permission, again denied in a message.I would return to the area, but not this premium rental. No welcome pack or personal touches at all.

Very nice location directly at the natural pools and at the beach. The house including the furniture and equipment could be refreshed.
