About this apartment rental
Superb and spacious apartment located in sea-front residential estate. There is a long promenade of 8 km with many restaurants and shops. The apartment has 90 m2 with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a dining room and a large terrace where you can relax.
It has a wide shared parking, huge gardens with a paddle and two tennis courts and a very large pool with a poolside restaurant just for the owners. In the garden there is also a playground and sporting place to play football.
The beach is right in front of the place, and there are three different supermarkets where you can find anything you may need,chemist´s and several types of shops.
You can also find manifold restaurants and tapas bars within a radius of 500 meters.
It has a very easy access by car, and it is very near the suburban train, the Malaga airport or from the Malaga train station, as well as bus or taxi with a taxi rank right next to the building. There are also hospitals and emergency services within a radius of 1 km.

Had an amazing 5 weeks in this apartment it was home from home and had everything you could want. Teresa was an amazing host was there to welcome us and went through everything in detail to ensure our stay was perfect. The apartment was in an ideal location, so near to the promenade and beach. Will definitely come back for another break.

Excellent apartment set in beautiful grounds. Excellent location. Within 5 minutes walk, there are two large supermarkets and numerous restaurants and cafes - and of course the beach! Communication with Teresa was also excellent. A big thank you to Teresa

Cant fault property or host, great location on the quieter / family end of the beach but 3 / 5 mins walk and you arrive at breach, short twxi to harbour, bus also stops virtually outside and bars. Everyone enjoyed the holiday. Thank you Teresa

Stayed here 3rd to 10th November. We were late arriving 1 am. Teresa was waiting at the appartment for us, lovely large appartment, first impression of being clean, when I went to make a cup of coffee i found the cups to be dirty and had to wash them , found knives a fork and a spoon plus other bits and pieces under 1 of the chair seats, plus a popped balloons behind the sofa in the balcony area, we found the appartment very cold at night, and the water pipes were full of air so made rather a lot of noise when running water in bathrooms, after we worked out how to get some hottish water. Lovely appartment but quite a walk into the town.
