Cozy, warm, sunny, modern and recently renovated fully self-contained flat "Manor Cottage", with new interactive flat-screen TV, free WiFi and washing machine and separate sleepout "Kowhai Room" with toilet and basin, double bed, sofa lounge chair and desk. Hard-to-beat value for the traveler wanting a peaceful, aesthetic place to crash after a day out away from the bustle of the inner city. Delightful garden setting with own courtyard with barbecue facilities available on request. Less than 5 mins walk to two major bus routes and close to airport and hire-car facilities.

The 2 separate rooms were perfect to come with my son’s friend. Very clean, well equipped, warm and close enough to town. Secure car park. The only down is sky light in the bedroom, definitely bring an eye mask if you like your morning sleep. I would definitely return.
