With an inverted floor plan, multiple sliding glass doors and large picture windows, guests won’t miss the view when they step into the open concept living area. Here, guests can gather on the sectional sofa, around the dining table (which seats 10) or in the u-shaped kitchen (with seating for three more at the counter). Stainless appliances, cherry cabinets, solid surface countertops and a tile backsplash set the stage for preparing memorable family meals. There is a second living area located on the first floor with a wet bar.
Notable tech offerings include TV's in all rooms, wireless internet and convenient lamps with built-in charging stations (the latter is in two of the bedrooms). Other amenities include an enclosed outside shower and covered parking on the ground level.
The seasonal pool is typically open May 31st through October 15th each year.

The property was beautiful. The view was incredible. The beach access was great. The cleanliness of the house was poor. You might consider inspections or hiring a whole new crew. Upholstered furniture is in need of replacement. The smoke detector in living area needs checked. Went off for no reason, caused us some anxiety one night. Like I said, is a beautiful setting, etc., but for the cost of it and your emphasis on no early arrivals due to "spic and span" nature of the house, I believe needs some attention. One other thing, I've never gotten a response to what the $800 plus fee is for from VRBO. Could you possibly give me an itemized bill for it?
