This 4 BR house (built in 2002) is 2 1/2 blocks to beach. 1st FL has bath w/spa shower, laundry room, and 1 BR w/queen. 2nd FL has kitchen, dining area, powder room, and LR w/deck. 3rd FL has BR #2w/king size bed and full bath with whirlpool tub. BR #3 w/queen, BR #4 with 3 twins size beds. Garage included.
Great location, close to town, steps away from shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

This house was perfect for our needs. It was within walking distance to local stores, Wawa, ice cream and the beach! Avalon in September is also perfect-most things open and no crowds! Host has become a new friend. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay and the house was very comfortable for my family of 6. Only complaint is that the house was not well stocked with basic things like some laundry detergent, dish towels, beach chairs, single roll of paper towel. Otherwise all good.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for my son's wedding in May and it was absolutely perfect! The location is the best - walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The property manager was wonderful - communicated with us every step of the way and made our stay so easy. The home is so comfortable and accommodated all 9 of us so that we never felt cramped. Everything you need to make a stay in Avalon perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great house for a family looking to stay in the heart of Avalon. It’s on a street right off the center of town so great for kids to head over to mini golf and ice cream. Also very convenient to grab coffee, breakfast items, lunch, etc without getting in your car. It’s walking distance to the beach, but we rode our bikes since it’s still a few blocks away. Every beach has a place to lock up your bikes. The house has a great set up. It’s a two family, but very private. The owner and her family stay in the house behind so it’s not other renters. The house was clean and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. We had access to the garage which was nice to store bikes and chairs. Good WiFi and flat screen tv in he living room. We brought our fire stick to have access to Netflix, etc. The owner is very communicative and she is great! They let us drop our luggage off early in the garage and it was easy to check in. She’s very accommodating and responsive to questions. Directions for maintaining the house were very clear. I will note the location is a little noisy/busy since you’re right near town. But, never to the point of bad disruption or anything. Thanks for a great stay!
