This property was so nice. Safe location and safe neighborhood. Convenient to the different destinations we had on our agenda. Clean home and well appointed with all we needed. We will return.

Beautiful Home, quiet neighborhood, close to everything, enough night spots and restaurants. All in a locale that doesn't feel like a tourist trap. Delightful. Greg 2/1/24 -3/15/24.

The house is large, has very comfortable beds, has all the basics supplied (laundry & dish det, etc.) - well thought out - and close to grocery stores, Indian River Lagoon, beaches, etc. Not far from Vero for movies, botanical garden, etc. Ft Pierce for Farmer's Market/Art & Craft Fair. Melbourne for Flea Market. One BIG frustration: no internet the entire 3 weeks. Cable TV off for several hours per day & we had to call Comcast and/or owner daily to try to resolve. Met w/5 technicians who came to home which never resolved problem. Residents who stayed until early Jan had similar complaint for Internet. Searched VERY carefully for a home with Internet and cable before booking. Had to go to library multiple times for lengthy research/work i plannef on doing in the home, charged for data on my phone when we looked up restaurants and activities and spent an unacceptable amount of time waiting and meeting with cable guys/calling Comcast/communicating with owner, not to mention all the time without TV for news, etc. Owner tried to help and Comcast was very inadequate at resolving the issues; however, we feel we did not get our money's worth as this home was listed with Internet and Cable services. Fell some kind of compensation is in order. Have rented via VRBO for over 10 years and this is the first time we have encountered this situation. As I noted in the beginning, the rest of the home met our expectations.
