The 750sf guest unit (detached from primary residence on 8+ acres) features an open living/dining area, completely equipped galley kitchen, 350sf California King bedroom, Twin sofabed in living room, with fine linens and bathrobes, bathroom with new tile shower, full sized washer/dryer, and woodland view/rose garden patio with grill. The kitchen features a compact fridge/freezer, Breville smart oven, induction cooktop, waffle iron, coffee pot/thermos, coffee bean grinder, French press, teapot/kettle, toaster, microwave, salad spinner, and many other kitchen tools. A tea selection, coffee, sugar, sweetener, butter, cream, salt, pepper, some spices, and olive oil are provided.
TV in living room. Satellite WIFI throughout unit. Heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Nights are always cool here even when days are hot.
Backup power.
Parking is on the same level as the dwelling, with two half-steps and a gate in between.
