**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. That person will need to arrive first in the group, as the check-in packet will only be released to him/her. No exceptions will be granted.**

- Complimentary shuttle service to all onsite amenities, including between the towers/pool complex and houses, is provided to all guests
- For an added fee, you can visit Cinzia Spa where they offer a variety of massages, facials and body treatments
- Resort is located directly across from Barefoot Landing which features over 100 retail shops and 15 restaurants

Reservations/units will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price.

The accommodations were lovely and we did enjoy our stay. We had trouble with the gas stove, which I reported. I wasn’t confident it would be tended to properly. I hope for future renters, it is not an issue.

Our stay was wonderful. iTrip was very easy to work with and I appreciated the detailed check in/check out instructions. I read and reviewed all communications prior to our stay and had zero issues because of them. The QR code on the refrigerator was easy to use and answered any questions we had. The units furniture was nicer in person than in the photos. Retrieving our check in packet at the iTrip office took about 90 seconds and the drop off was even quicker. This was our first time using iTrip and I would confidently use them again in the future.

We love this location. Condo was clean, but dated and looked very different than the pictures. The biggest disappointment was they were doing some renovations to the balconies and they had really large scaffolding set up which required they close off one of the pool areas. This should have been done in off season. This is the week of Easter so they should expect crowds and bad timing for closing the pool. These are some of the most expensive condos in the area so I just expect better inside and out. Just being honest.
