About this chalet rental
Beautiful south facing chalet with 5 large bedrooms, swimming pool, sauna, large garden and children's play area in peaceful countryside overlooking the lovely Giffre valley.
* Idyllic in the summer when the countryside is stunning, the pool is open and there’s a range of activities on offer - walking, rafting, canyoning, fat scoot, lake inflatables, golf….and more…as well as the villages/towns of Samoens, Annecy, Morzine and Yvoire close by.
* Perfect for winter holidays - easy access to 3 large skiing areas via a short drive. Good parking at each, choice of alpine or cross country skiing, excellent mountain restaurants, sledding slopes, luge through the trees and après ski.
* 2 km from the village of Mieussy with 2 lovely restaurants, excellent butcher, grocery offering fresh bread/croissants and bar.
* Very well equipped chalet with a full kitchen including Nespresso, fondu and raclette machines. Log fire, sauna, pool inflatables, ski boot warmer, pool towels and kids’ games.
A few minutes from the village of Mieussy, great skiing & activities. 50 mins from Geneva.
Perfect all year.... close to 3 ski resorts:

Outside the ski season hiking, cycling, parapente, rafting, canyoning are nearby.
The chalet is on 3 levels, with all bedrooms and living spaces facing south for maximum sunshine and open views of the surrounding countryside.
OUTSIDE
For outside living, there are:
- 2 large, decked terrace areas each with garden tables & chairs
- Swimming pool (open from May to Sep, non-heated) surrounded by 4 loungers and 4 deck chairs
- BBQ
- Large garden with beautiful plants
- Children's play area.
Inside, the accommodation includes:
ENTRY LEVEL
- Large open plan living room with log fireplace, comfortable seating, TV and DVD player
- Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine. Fully equipped with all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery
- Dining area with seating for 10 around a lovely square table
- Sliding windows which open on to the breakfast terrace and provide access to the pool
- A double bedroom (bed 160cm x 200cm) with storage and TV
- Large shower room with WC
- Separate guest WC
LOWER LEVEL
- A large double room (bed 150cm x 200cm) with storage, TV and direct access to the lower terrace and the garden
- Children's room with bunk beds & one single bed with storage, TV and direct access to the lower terrace and the garden
- Sauna
- Shower room

- Laundry area
UPPER LEVEL
- A double bedroom (bed 160cm x 200cm) with storage and access to balcony
- A twin with storage and access to balcony

A travel cot can be provided if needed. A high chair is available.
Linen and towels are provided.
Ski boot driers for 10 pairs of boots are in the garage.
End of stay cleaning is additional - €150
Wifi is available.
There is a selection of books, games, pool toys, sledges available for use.
PARKING
Outside, there is parking for 2 cars in the carport and in front of the entrance to the chalet.
LOCALLY
In the village (Mieussy) 2 km away are a grocery store, bakers, butchers, bar and restaurant.
Nearest big supermarket is a 10 min drive.
A car is required but there is a ski bus stop at the end of the road with regular shuttles to Sommand.
