The Trullo del Gran Pino is a typical residence of the countryside of the upper Salento, completely renovated and enlarged with lamias in 2014. It welcomes guests with the clean white of lime, the warmth of exposed stone, the serenity of greenery and flowers. The renovation was carried out in full respect of local tradition and architectural style, without renouncing comfort, taste, personality. The house is surrounded by a beautiful olive grove, surrounded by a fenced garden full of flowers and has a salt water swimming pool for exclusive use. A large Aleppo pine gives it shade.
From Brindisi international airport, the Trullo del Gran Pino can be reached in about 30 minutes. It is located halfway between San Michele Salentino and Latiano, about 20 km from Ostuni, the white city. Many other beautiful places, the beautiful marine area of Torre Guaceto and other beaches of the Adriatic Sea are a short distance away. In the other direction, the Ionian Sea is also easily accessible.
The structure includes three bedrooms, each with a bathroom. A fourth external bathroom serves the swimming pool area. One of the rooms is located in the extension, the others in the original complex. A trullo with bathroom is an integral part of the structure, but has an independent entrance. The new lamias also house the dining room with open kitchen and an alcove furnished with sofa and TV. The sofa can be converted into a bed, to accommodate two occasional guests. The new area is equipped with air conditioning, in the trulli - already very fresh by nature - floor fans are available. On the back, a shaded patio is furnished with table and seats and is organized with sink and worktop; a barbecue is available in the immediate vicinity. Another brick table is placed in the front area. The swimming pool measures 13 X 3 m, its depth degrades from 60 to 160 cm.
