Le logement est bien situé dans le cœur du petit village portuaire à proximité immédiate du port et de la rue touristique. Le petit patio est agreable pour profiter de l'extérieur. La voiture est garée dans la rue (impasse) devant la porte d'entrée du logement
Malgré sa réactivité très appréciable, le logeur devrait être plus à l'écoute de ses clients pour comprendre leurs besoins.
