About this house rental
This nice and bright house is located in Positano, a few minutes away from the pedestrian zone and can accommodate four people. It features two double bedrooms of which one can be set as twin, two baths, a spacy living room, a fully equipped kitchenette.
All rooms are tastefully furnished and they all have access to a wonderful terrace overlooking the Positano and its sea. It is equipped with sun chairs, table and chairs and also has a pergola that partially shaded it. Close to restaurants and shops, the location is very convenient to enjoy Positano and its life. There are 80 stairs to climb up to reach the villa from the main street level. You won't need a car to stay here, but in case you have one there're several car park nearby.
One or two maid services are included in the rates (depending on the stay duration) Weekly change of linen and bath towels is included in the rates. Additional cleanings and linen / towels changes can be arranged for a fee. Food shopping service at arrival is available for a fee. Final cleanings of 100E and tourist tax of 1.5E per day per person to be paid at arrival.

The property was exactly as described and having the terrace was great. The location was 82 stairs from street ,not bad for Positano. Francesco the manager helped us arrange everything. He was really helpful. Thank you!!

My wife, daughter, new son in law and I enjoyed our week in this exceptional property very much. The photos perfectly reflect the charm, function and exceptional views enjoyed by all. Francesco was there to greet us upon our arrival with great insight on the best markets, shopping, dining and must see sights. We would highly recommend this property to all and are already dreaming about our next visit. Thank you again Francesco for all your kindness and support during our stay.

Steps were a challenge there was a problem with ants that were tough to deal with but after we sprayed and dusted patio we lived with it
