About this villa rental
15 Breezy Hill Villas is one of two villas (Number 5 also) that we have on a small up and coming site in a beautiful hilltop position, affording extensive views of the coast, Mediterranean and Mountain backdrop in the quaint village of Esentepe. The two villas are facing each other at opposite ends of the site's shared pool. The property benefits from only a three minute walk into the village itself. This means a car is not essential as the village has a number of Restaurants eg The Tumba, Remzi’s, Zirdelli’s, 3 minimarkets, butchers, bank, post office etc and there is a bus stop in the village giving access to the lovely harbour town of Kyrenia (approx. 25minutes away by car)and beyond. There are also a number of restaurants located at the bottom of the hill which offer a pickup and dropoff service and the food is fabulous to boot!
However, having a car would definitely enable easier access to all the delights Northern Cyprus has to offer – Kyrenia and Bellapais, Famagusta, the Roman ruins of Salamis, fabulous beaches including Turtle Beach and the wonderful golden sands on the Karpaz to name but a few….and for those who enjoy a round of Golf, the fabulous Korineum Golf Club, an 18 hole championship course, which also has a wonderful restaurant and Beach Resort is only a 10 minute drive away.
The Villa itself:-
A contemporary 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Detached villa on two floors :–
Master Bedroom upstairs with wardrobes , ensuite Bathroom with a shower over the bath. Access via patio doors onto the large upstairs terrace, benefitting from fabulous views of the sea and pool area. There is also separate access via the landing to the outside terrace.
Downstairs is a light and airy open plan kitchen/dining/living room with 3m height Patio doors giving access to the downstairs terrace which is hedged to provide some privacy.
There is another double bedroom with wardrobes (both bedrooms have hairdryers)and a separate bathroom with shower cubicle.
The villa is furnished and equipped to an excellent standard. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, gas hob/electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle/toaster, extensive range of glassware, crockery and utensils etc for all your culinary needs. There is an iron/ironing board and airer. Bed linen/Towels/Beach Towels/Tea Towels are provided. The lounge area and both bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a large comfortable leather sofa and the dining table seats upto eight. For entertainment there is a Flat screen TV for watching DVDs (lots of DVDs) and WIFI access. Additionally there are some games and a collection of books.
Outside – comfortable wooden and cushioned seating and coffee table on the upstairs terrace to seat four. Downstairs two sun loungers and small table. The villa has access to the site's lovely 16 x 4 metre oblong pool with 2 shallow pools suitable for young children. The main pool area is one depth and is accessed via wide steps which can also be used to sit on. It makes for a great daily swim!!
Esentepe is a fantastic base from which to explore all that Northern Cyprus has to offer, or due to the fabulous climate..... just kick back, take time out to relax and enjoy yourself in a most charming and tranquil setting!

The villa is exactly as the listing, it has everything you could possibly want, smart tv with access to netflix and prime, and plenty of kitchen equipment should you wish to self cater.Although you won't need to as the village has several excellent restaurants a 5 minute walk away.We particularly enjoyed the sun loungers on the first floor balcony, they were new and very comfortable.When we arrived the owners, Paul and Karen were staying in their other villa, they couldn't have been more helpful and left us a very generous welcome pack.

No 15 Breezy Hill is as described a home from homeWe had an excellent 20 days in the villa which is well equipped and furnished with ample cleaning utensils and indeed plenty of complimentary provisions.We must mention that the hosts Paul and Karen (who were on a cruise themselves) responded quickly and positively to our queries mainly relating to Wi-Fi and network problem ( which was probably our fault as not technically minded)The view from the upstairs balcony/terrace is super and you can laze and bathe in the sunshine and watch the beautiful sunsets. This also overlooks the pool area with two kids pools.The villa is on the roadside of a quite steep incline and is just a 3 minute stroll to the centre of the village with friendly pubs and restaurants and shops pharmacy etc.There is a little traffic noise but quiet at night. There are some development work around but work doesn’t commence till after 8 a.m. All of the above is normal for any village in TRNC including the odd dog barking.There are 6 or 7 steps down to the pool level which has ample room for sun bathing/lazing etc.We would highly recommend this property for a nice relaxing vocation.Indeed we didn’t hire a car for the first 5 days as we used the local bus from the village to Girne about 50 minute journey. The bus goes every 2 hours and the bus stop is a 3 minute stroll from the property.A big thank to Paul and Karen who also advised on taxi and car hire which were excellent.

A perfect property everything you need to make a great stay. Loved having breakfast on the lower balcony and evening drinks on the upper balcony. Appreciated the welcome pack left for us as we arrived late at night. Great communication. Esentepe is a lovely friendly village fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. Lots of places to explore by car.
