About this chalet rental
In an unbeatable location set on the romantic hill side of "Cala en Porter", on the south coast of Menorca, we find this charming house, located very close to the beach. It has been completely renovated with exquisite taste decorated with a marine theme. It has fantastic views of the sea. Built on three floors, this truly captivating property comprises a total of four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two toilets. The property is distributed as follows: On the access floor is the outdoor terrace, the perfect place to start the day with breakfast overlooking the sea. Inside there is a dining room with a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. On the first floor there is another double bedroom with fantastic sea views and a bathroom. These two bedrooms have ceiling fans. In the basement there are two more double bedrooms with air conditioning and a toilet. The house has a swimming pool where you can cool off during the hot summer days, and a roof terrace where you can enjoy extraordinary views of the sea. A unique location that invites you to enjoy memorable moments with friends and family.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The views from the front porch and roof top terrace are amazing. The pool is perfect and it is a close walk to the beach, Club Menorca (for a great oceanside dinner) and town. Two of the bedrooms have AC for those that need it. In addition the place is immaculate. The upstairs shower is small so if you bring kids - assign them that bathroom.

Nice villa over 3 1/2 floors, stunning view over the cala and nice covered terrasse. We didn’t miss anything, well-equipped house. Supermarket is a 10 minutes walk with fresh bakery, same for restaurants, pharmacy.
Easy communication with host Marta.

Very nice experience in this little villa in Cala en Porter. Excellent location and view over the cala.
The house is well equipped and confortable. The pool is a great plus after a day at the beach. Our group of friends had a great time there. Fluid and easy communication with the host, Marta. She recommended us a boat tour, everyone appreciate it. Highly recommended it.
