This beautiful apartment of 65 m2 with private garden has a well equipped open kitchen to living / dining room with 1 double sofa bed, master king size bedroom, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and private garden. The apartment is situated close to the beach, coast, shopping, restaurants and city center. Apartment is available for renting from Saturday to Saturday. Minimum stay is 7 days. Welcome!

Otherwise, there are various bus stops 2 minutes walk from the house.
At less than 5 minutes walk you can find as well a playground for kids, tennis courts, trim trail by the sea, football and beach volleyball playground etc.
The apartment includes all the comforts you need, such as Air-conditioning, digital TV, and Free wireless Internet access. All the extra expenses are already included in this price: tourist tax, utilities, use of washing machine and cleaning.
Our guests are provided with towels & bed linen upon arrival which are changed weekly for longer stays.

The beautiful garden rich invites guests to relax while enjoying the warm Istrian sun. One child under 2 years of age goes free (per apartment).

This is a wonderful apartment located close to the shops, bus stops, restaurants and the beach. The apartment has everything you need to eat in and is within easy walking distance of nice restaurants, or the bus if you want to go into town to eat.
The garden and seating area is great for alfresco dining in the evenings.
It is worth noting the delivery area for the supermarket is at the rear of the apartment so it can be a little noisy outside at certain times of the day.
