The amenities and location of this apartment are quite nice but the stairs to the loft are terrifying. I'm not sure if they would hold a 300lb linebacker and they would meet no building code that I'm aware of. Whacked my head on the loft beam at least once. I recommend this loft for all you petite technical climbers out there.
