I loved everything. The head concierge was amazing. My cab driver didn't show up and I panicked thinking we would miss our flight. She used her own phone and app to call us a driver. I only wish I asked her for her name because she was absolutely amazing!

Everything was perfect, from the exceptional breakfast (it should be booked the day before, to be sure), to the spa (I had a fabulous treatment), to the clear instructions and the cozy atmosphere . I really felt at home, my room was very good, the private onsen was a real luxury and the little japanese garden was the cherry on top!
I know this doesn't depend from the property, some guests were a little too loud: laughters, tv on after midnight and children jumping all over. Maybe a sign inviting people to be more aware of the presence of others would be nice.

Location was very peaceful away from the bustle of the city. The bed was so comfortable it was like laying on a cloud. We loved the kimonos. The large bathtub was amazing to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Spa very relaxing for a massage and a 10% discount for guests. The Japanese toilet was great too!
The only negative thing I have to say is that there were only a couple of tea bags supplied and no coffee which I prefer for my morning drink.
