Good location and helpful staff

Thomas was very friendly and helpful and the apartment was spacious and comfortable with a nice view, close to the beach

The floor around the pool is apparently being replaced, and it needs to be. The shower pressure was not great and the apartment could do with a bit of maintenance, but overall this didn't affect the stay too much

A great hotel for value, with gorgeous balcony views, in a peaceful beach location

We loved the location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, as well as near seom great restaurants and bars. The rooms very spacious (and cool thanks to strong AC) with views of the bay and islands. A big plus were the adorable cats in the vicinity. The hosts were also very accommodating when we requested to stay an extra night, along with cleaning our rooms once during the visit, as well as providing local recommendations (very responsive via WhatsApp). Laundry services were also available.

Nothing major except for the kitchen in one of the rooms could use some minor renovation (wallpaper falling off) and the pool was also a bit warm to swim in (but that is expected in Thailand's hot climate).

Quiet area and amazing service

At sea condo is an amazing place! It is in a very quiet area and really close to the beach. The staff are so friendly and kind. The facilities were great! I loved it so much I even extended my trip!!

Superb

Really nice place to stay, especially for the price - if you want to have kitchen and like to be in a quiet place. Clean, comfortable bed, quiet ac, really well equipped kitchen, nice view from balcony and amazing host Thomas who can help you with anything, like transfer, bike and excursions, also he was so kind to bring me to local market. Can't wait to come back again.

Tiny ants will come if they feel any food. But in Thailand it's common.

Excellent apartment with even better host!

We had a perfect stay at SeaCondo! The host was incredible - such a kind and friendly person who was available to help with anything we needed. Communication was 10/10, we never felt that anything was too much trouble. We were warmly greeted upon check-in and provided with all the information we needed. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well stocked. The view from the balcony, especially at sunset, was beautiful. The pool was generally very quiet, so pleasant to use. There's a short-cut to the beach/town centre, which is very handy. The location is not for everyone, but we booked Khlong Muang purposefully for a quieter experience in Krabi. There is an excellent motorbike rental place just outside the Condo building which is useful. The host also organised our airport transfer at a very good price. We absolutely would stay again!

There is a washing machine available, but just be mindful that there is no dryer so if you are doing a large wash it is unlikely to fit on the clothes line available on your balcony.

Nice but fairly remote location

Nice pool + clean, modern apartment. Very responsive complex manager-replied quickly and was helpful when we needed info etc.

The location-it’s expensive to get anywhere like Krabi or Ao Nang. Restaurants seemed very pricey too. There’s not a lot to do beyond the beach here. This has no bearing on the accommodation-just know it’s more for families/to relax at the beach rather than anything else.

Superb

The studio was better equipped than we expected! Thomas is extremely friendly and easy going. On a rainy day it was nice to use the fitness center. The beaches close by are gorgeous.

I wouldn't describe this property as beachfront. Other than that, great place, great value, and I hope I come back soon!

Very good place to stay quiet and relax. Thomas was very good guy and you can ask everything if you need something. The room in 5 flour vas good. If you need action, you can rent scooter and go to Ao Nang, just 15min. Racommend that place.

Exceptional

Wonderful Thomas and his assidtance made our state very comfy: picked us up with a baby, were bringing bananas, helped with all we need (baby crib, moto). Cleaning every 3-4days. The flat itself has everything you need, very clean. 3min to go to the beach. Recommended!!!

Great economical place for a family

I think it is a great place if you want to have basic things in one place, like kitchen, washing machine ( outside), children’s playing room, pool. I should notice that the room, especially bathroom, is really basic.Good place if you are planning to spend a little time in it. Great location.. beach is amazing with its restaurants. Also you can rent a motorbike and go to a local market, where food is so amazing.. I think it is a good place if you want to stay in one place for more days. Thomas is very helpful and nice person who will take care of you:)

Logement situé dans une jolie résidence moderne et avec vue sur la piscine. Proximité avec des restaurants de qualité (thaï ou indien).

La salle de bain sentait les égouts et malgré l'intervention du personnel nous n'avons pas constaté d'amélioration. Nous avions réservé un chauffeur pour nous emmener à l'hôtel, mais le chauffeur est arrivé avec presque 1 h de retard. Ces expériences cumulées nous ont laissé sur une mauvaise impression. Ce qui est dommage étant donné le prix du logement.
